The first 'F' is for Fitness. Our FREE men's workouts are the starting point for everything we do, with more than 46 states and 3,400+ scheduled workouts each week through the efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with F3. We call it the Gloom, where we come together to sweat and suffer, building our connection to the other pax. There are 5 simple principles that our workouts are held to...
5 Core Principles:
Always FREE
Held Outdoors, regardless of the conditions
Open to ALL men regardless of fitness level
Peer led in a rotating fashion
Ends in a COT (Circle of Trust)
At F3 Cheyenne we have 2 AO's (Area of Operation), Home Depot is on Saturdays and Stallion is on Tuesdays. Check out the Locations page for more details. For more information on what you might need to attend your first workout go here: First Workout.
In F3, the second 'F' stands for Fellowship, representing the deep bonds formed through shared experiences and mutual support. It's about building meaningful relationships that extend beyond workouts, creating a brotherhood where men uplift and hold each other accountable.
A lot of our workout groups will stick around afterwards for "coffeeteria". Sometimes it's at the nearby coffee shop, sometimes it's a box-of-joe out of someones trunk. Either way, it's a great opportunity to get to know some awesome guys.
From Super Bowl to Camping to BBQ's and Holidays or just simply grabbing a beverage together, F3 guys are opening up their homes and lives to facilitate more meaningful relationships.
It's through these opportunities that real connection is built. No man should be walking through life alone and through these opportunities allow us to create a Shield Lock, a horizontal relationship that protects and enriches us all.
3rd F
The third 'F' stands for Faith, which we define as a belief in something bigger than oneself. It's not about any specific religion or doctrine; rather, it's about acknowledging a higher purpose and fostering a sense of gratitude and service.
Provides a stable home for homeless teens that live in a variety of unsafe, temporary situations - including cars, parks, shelters, motels, and couch surfing. Provide a support system for participants in the USI program, allowing the youth to focus on obtaining their high school diploma or equivalent.
Since 2022, F3 Cheyenne has held an annual 5 mile Turkey Ruck donating food and necessities to help the students out.
